Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of downloadable software assets, source code, UI kits, and engine scripts, all digital product sales are generally non-refundable once the download token has been generated or accessed.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you encounter a verifiable technical bug in the digital product that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days of reporting, you will be eligible for a full refund or product credit.

2. Custom Engineering Services

For custom website development, commerce engine deployments, and software engineering:

• Initial Deposit: The initial project kickoff deposit is non-refundable once architectural work or prototyping has commenced.
• Milestone Payments: Payments associated with verified and approved milestones are non-refundable.
• Project Cancellation: Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of early cancellation, the client is responsible for hours logged up to the termination date.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, please email billing@odiadev.digital with your Order ID, transaction reference, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
